The High School Winter Retreat is at Michiana Christian Camp in Niles, Michigan. This retreat will feature a day of snow skiing at Bittersweet Ski Area. The camp also boast a great sledding hill, which we will definitely be using. Along with both of these great opportunities will be all the other stuff that makes a Retreat a special time.
There are two prices for this Retreat. One is for the Retreat and the other is for snow skiing. The Retreat cost is $70.00. There will also be the cost of 3 road meals. All of us will be going to the ski area and if you want to ski here are your options:
Ski rental - $22.00
Snowboard Rental - $22.00
Helmet - $10.00
Lift Ticket - $38.00
Beginner Hill only - $32.00
This means skiing can be as little as $54.00 or as much as $70.00. You do not have to pay this part until the retreat itself.
We will be leaving for this Retreat at 1:00 on Friday. This will require students to make arrangements with their schools to be gone that afternoon.
Finally, this Retreat is tied to our Winter Season of Core. Students must have participated in Core and earned their 40 points to be eligible for this retreat.
