We are going back to the Beach after skipping this past summer for our Mission Trip. Several of our students have participated in this camp. It is not your ordinary church camp experience. First there is the beach and the ocean, but really that is not the best part. Camp is the best part. Our singing is led by Chris Tomlin. The speaker is Louie Giglio. Plus there are 5000 other teenagers in the building. It is truly a phenomenal experience. It cannot be over-sold.
This year we are staying in the Hilton Hotel right across the street from the Conference Center and water park. This is going to make everything super convenient for us.
Registration has begun. The cost is $350.00. This includes the Camp fees, the room, which is on the beach, and transportation. It does not include meals. These will be extra. It only takes $60.00 to hold your place. This is good through November 27, 2011 and after that the cost goes up to $400.00. Space is limited so be sure to sign up fast.
Camp at the Beach is the retreat following our Spring Season of Core. In order to go on this trip, students will need to participate in a Core Group. Also this includes students who are currently in the eighth grade or in HS.
